Female 47 years old comes with the following complaints

1.⁠ ⁠Acid Reflux

2.⁠ ⁠Pain in both knees

3.⁠ ⁠Fissures and cracks inside the cheeks. Taste of tongue, salty, as if a big lump of salt is placed there.

3.⁠ ⁠She suffered with Bell’s palsy, three years ago, and after that her ears are clogged. There is intense itching inside the ears

4.⁠ ⁠At 10 years of age, she had intense pain in her stomach, followed by a seizure. She was admitted to hospital and treated with antibiotics. Since then she is having motion sickness.

Question: How do you take life in general?

Answer: I am kind of the person who starts the work, and there is a particular frame of time within which I need to finish it. I have too much on my plate and if I do not organize my time how will I end up doing all that. I feel there is a lack of love between me and my husband as if the attachment has decreased.

Question: Tell me something about your childhood as to how did you spend your early days?

Answer: She becomes emotional and says that we are three sisters. My parents wanted a male child. After my birth , my father did not see my face for 2-3 days. when this thought comes to my mind, there is automatic, crying. Whatever I wanted in my life I have not got it. I wanted to become an accountant, but I was forced to join engineering. When I got ready for engineering, then my mother did not allow me to go. Finally I ended up doing masters in English.

This case had all the connotations connected with her mental state and disturbed emotional state. The case was analyzed and a constitutional remedy was worked out.

Rx: She was given Natrum mur in 200 potency in single wet dose.

After one month, she reports that her salty taste of the tongue has gone, and the acid reflux did not happen, even though I had eaten the spicy and oily food.
